What devices will Index eBooks and apps run on?
Index products are always delivered to clients iPad- and Windows-ready. In addition, Index is hardware-agnostic and will deliver on other hardware platforms for an additional fee.
Does Index charge a per-device or per-user fee for software use?
No. Index provides its clients a fully paid, perpetual license to load the products on an unlimited number of client devices.
How does Index charge its clients?
Index works fixed-price on a per-eBook and per-app basis. Index provides the same fixed price to all clients and has not changed its fixed price since 2017.
How fast can Index scope a project?
With a fully engaged client, Index can scope a project and provide a fixed-price proposal within two weeks.
What are SuperApps?
SuperApps are programs created for other clients, where Index and those clients have signed a co-marketing agreement, and Index has permission to show potential clients. Potential clients can purchase these programs and have them fully customized and deployed on a shorter timeline.
