John Arczynski, Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Index AR Solutions, has been selected to join the prestigious Lead Virginia Class of 2026, a highly competitive statewide program that brings together top leaders from across the Commonwealth.
Lead Virginia is designed for accomplished professionals who demonstrate strong leadership in their careers and communities and a commitment to shaping Virginia’s future. Each year, a select cohort of approximately 50 participants is chosen to take part in the program, which fosters collaboration, trust and long-term relationships among leaders across business, government, nonprofit and academic sectors.
As COO of Index AR Solutions, Arczynski has played a critical role in the company’s growth since its founding, overseeing operations across product development, technology, research and development, and organizational strategy. His leadership supports Index’s mission to leverage immersive, multimodal technologies to improve workforce training, safety and performance across industries.
The Lead Virginia program spans several months, beginning with an opening session in Hampton Roads and continuing with immersive experiences in regions across the state, from Southern Virginia to Northern Virginia, before culminating in graduation in Richmond.
Participants engage directly with regional and state leaders, exploring critical issues such as economic development, education, health and emerging technologies, while gaining a broader perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing Virginia.
Arczynski’s selection reflects both his professional achievements and his commitment to advancing workforce development and innovation – key priorities not only for Index, but for the Commonwealth as a whole. His participation in Lead Virginia will further strengthen his ability to collaborate with other leaders, contribute to statewide initiatives and help shape solutions to Virginia’s most pressing challenges.
