Project Manager
As a PM, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Index products for large enterprise clients. You will act as the primary liaison between internal cross-functional teams (software engineers, UX/design, writers, QA), the client’s stakeholders, and senior leadership. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet or exceed defined performance and quality objectives—while aligning with Index’s mission to “augment people” and drive real workforce impact.

App Engineer
As an app engineer, you will develop custom applications that help make workers safer and more effective across industrial, medical, and energy sectors. 3D Generalist
As a 3D generalist, you will first be a culture learner, growing into an adopter, but you will also push yourself technically to become comfortable with the technical requirements of the 3D Design Team (3DT). Culturally, an Associate 3D Generalist learns and begins practicing servant leadership, open and honest communication, and respect and dignity for everyone. Technically, Associate 3D Generalists can produce textured models that pass the review of other, more experienced 3DT members, App Engineers, and the client.

Technical Writer
As a writer, you will drive the creation of eBooks from start to finish, collaborating with Index photographers, videographers, graphic artists, project managers and app engineers to produce a superior-quality product. An Index technical writer is responsible for outlining, writing, and editing text content, as well as traveling to and helping produce media content at job sites across the United States, such as photos and videos featuring our client’s workers and team members.

Media Coordinator
As a media coordinator, you will be responsible for capturing high‑quality photo and video content in the field, producing polished media assets, and supporting the formatting of instructional materials within Learning Management Systems. As a layout coordinator, you will lead the design and layout of eBooks for our clients, ensuring clarity, readability, and visual balance.
