Index recently exhibited and took the stage at the 2024 eChemExpo and Conference, the process industry’s leading multidisciplinary applied innovation event of its kind. Index was also a silver sponsor of the event whose theme this year focused on accelerating advancements in safety, sustainability and operational excellence.

Celebrating its 25-year anniversary, eChemExpo featured over 180 exhibiting companies, 4 featured panels, and over 70 seminars in 8 niche-specific tracks.

The Index team hosted conference attendees in its booth throughout the event, showcasing how major utilities and other companies are transforming apprenticeships and staff training by adding interactive Index eBooks™ and Augmented Reality (AR) mobile apps to their educational offerings.

Index also presented on an expert panel session entitled “Empowering Workforce Development: Unleashing New Technology with the Power of Artificial Intelligence (AI).” Zach Korkowski, Senior Project Manager at Index took the panel stage alongside executives from AVEVA, Valmet and Eastman.

Among other topics, the panel explored how AI will impact the future of workforce development. Korkowski offered perspective on Index’s expertise in augmented reality (AR), and how the technology agnostic company is laser focused on safety and people.
