Index AR Solutions welcomes Simon Chapman as Director of Business Development to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and help organizations accelerate workforce readiness. Simon will connect new clients with Index’s well established “best in class” digital tools that help make workers safer, more capable and more productive.
Simon joins Index from the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, where he had the privilege of serving the Commonwealth of Virginia and supporting business investment and growth. His work focused on strategic projects and opportunities across Nuclear and Renewable Energy, Energy Supply Chains, Advanced Manufacturing, Quantum Computing, Agricultural Technology, and Wood Products.
A graduate of the William & Mary with a Masters of Science in Finance, Simon brings international business experience and a background in private equity and investment banking. Across the public and private sectors, his approach has centered on building relationships, understanding business challenges, and bringing people together around shared goals.

Simon joins Index at a critical point in our company’s history.
