Index AR Solutions Senior Vice President Scott Sommers presented at the Duke Energy 2019 XR Fall Showcase recently, discussing how the company’s mobile applications and eBook solutions are delivering on the promise of augmented reality to create measurable value for utilities and other industries.

Index joined a select group of other pioneering companies invited to exhibit at the event on October 31. There, representatives from various Duke Energy departments were given a unique opportunity to examine real AR and VR projects that are underway today, the value proposition and funding methods that have been utilized, and the business benefit expected when deployments are completed.

At the event, Sommers showcased several of the augmented reality-based mobile app, SuperApp and eBook solutions now available from Index.
