The LineAssist SuperApp™ is a unique story in product development and the power of a business model that works for clients and Index AR alike. It began with Westar Energy, a Midwestern electric utility, signing an agreement to co-market an Index AR app that assists utility linemen. What started as a successful custom app deployment for Westar Energy become even more compelling when it was clear it had broad application across all electrical utilities.
Through this agreement, Westar Energy shares in the LineAssist SuperApp™ success. Index AR looks to sign similar agreements with other clients and bring additional offerings to market under the SuperApp™ development model.
